NEW STREAMLINED BOOKING SYSTEM

Our ONLINE Booking system intends to make bookings easier, not create more work. Please follow our NEW guidelines/instructions. 

STEP ONE: REGISTER ON OUR DATABASE (No booking can be made without registering on our database first)

STEP THREE: MAKE PAYMENT TO SECURE BOOKING – for banking details see “about us”                                                                                     

During peak season our very popular kennels are usually fully booked 2-3 months in advance – please book early to avoid disappointment. Dates can be fine-tuned closer to the time subject to space being available on the new dates.

Please note many clients prefer to supply their own food, and while we are happy to oblige, this creates additional monitoring and control. For this reason food is not included in the daily rates i.e. no deduction is possible. We can supply quality from kennel stock but this must be indicated well in advance. 

Please note:

  • Provisional bookings can only be held for 48 hours, before being discarded.
  • Your reservation can only be confirmed when the non-refundable deposit is received.
  • The full payment is required prior to checking in and any new costs incurred while in kennels settled before the pets can be collected.
  • All pets need to be vaccinated at least 14 days prior to entering the kennels.
  • Where your vet feels that an older pet does not need the vaccinations, please ask him/her, to provide documentation to that effect.
  • Our Website Wellness section provides vaccination details required.
  • We invite new clients to view the facilities by appointment, meet with the staff, and clarify any questions you may have before arrival.
  • We discourage visits while the pets are on site, unless discussed and arranged with staff. It takes a while for newcomers to settle down, and seeing their owners in between often disrupts the relationship established between kennel workers and pets.
  • For security reasons we do not allow casual visitors into the boarding area at any time without supervision.
  • If anybody else is collecting the animals on your behalf, we require advance instruction as well as ID and vehicle registration number.

DAILY  RATES & BOARDING FEES GUIDE

  • Please note our rates are determined by the size/weight of each dog.
  • Extra service requests affect the cost as well and you need a detailed quote to get accurate figures. Please obtain prices from the quotes office for heated kennels, baths, medication or treatments to be administered etc.
  • We are presently negotiating special rates with travel companies, but with ever escalating cost of fuel, this is a costly service to provide.

To allow clients to estimate their costs we provide the following simple guide:

  1. MINI SIZE     |   > 6 kg       |   R150
  2. SMALL          |  7 – 16 kg   |   R160
  3. MEDIUM      | 17 – 24 kg  |   R180
  4. LARGE          | 25 – 24 kg  |   R200
  5. XL                  | 35+ kg        |   R220

Rates can be changed at short notice due to external price increases.
